How to Check-in

At Koenji Junjo Hotel, entrance and room doors are secured with touch panel electronic locks.
Different PIN codes (door unlocking passwords) are issued for each room and communicated via email or other means.
You can enter and exit freely during your stay by entering the PIN code on the touch panel.
The door automatically locks 5 seconds after closing.

Check-in and luggage storage are available from 10:00 to 15:00 on weekdays, but room access is from 15:00 onwards.

Check-in (On weekdays from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m)

On weekdays from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., please call the staff on the intercom.

Self-Check-In (Weekends, Holidays, and Weeknights)

For guests checking in after 6:00 p.m. on weekdays, weekends, holidays, or at unspecified times, we will provide instructions for self-check-in, as well as the PIN code and room number, via email or the messaging feature on the reservation page.

Entry Method

1. Gently touch the center of the white touch panel on the front door of the guesthouse for a few seconds.
2. A numeric keypad will appear for you to slowly enter the PIN code.
3. Touch the checkmark in the lower left corner.
4. Wait until the sound of the unlocking motor stops before opening the door.

Touch the panel lightly without applying too much pressure.
If you enter the PIN code too quickly, it may not be recognized.
Be careful not to open or close the door while the lock motor is running.

Guest Room Entry Method

The guest room floor is one floor above the reception.

1. In case of self-check-in, do not enter the reception but go directly upstairs to the guest room floor.
2. Open the green door, remove your shoes, and enter (shoes should be placed in the shoe box on the right inside).
3. Please enter the same PIN code as before on the guest room touch panel to unlock it.
4. Please read the “House Rules & Facility Information” inside the room.
5. Complete the self-check-in by filling in the required information on the Accommodation Form (Lodging Book) and drop it in the black box attached to the reception door.

Please do not lock the door manually from the inside, as it has an automatic locking system.

Check-out

No formal check-out procedure is required. (Please be sure to complete and return the lodging book)
Please vacate your room by 12 noon.

Before leaving, please check for any forgotten items.
Dispose of trash by separating it and placing it in the bins on the staircase landings.
Turn off lights and air conditioning.
Leave the guest room door open when you depart.
